First up, take a deep breath. Seriously, do it right now. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts. Ahhh, doesn't that feel better already? Keep doing that throughout the day whenever you need to reset.


Next, get moving! Whether it's a quick walk around the block, a dance party with the kids, or a full-on workout, exercise is one of the best ways to beat stress. Plus, it releases all those feel-good endorphins that we could all use a little more of.



Another tip? Get outside and soak up some sunshine! Vitamin D is a powerful mood booster and spending time in nature has been proven to reduce stress levels. So grab your shades and head to the park for a picnic or hit up the beach for some much-needed R&R.


Finally, don't forget to take care of yourself! Whether that means treating yourself to a massage, taking a relaxing bath, or indulging in your favorite hobby, make sure you're carving out time each day for some self-care. You deserve it!
